In your report you should clearly describe your request, referring to circumstances and/or documentation that may ease the reconstruction of the event or the identification of your problem.

Response time

Atac undertakes to respond within 30 days of receipt of the report/complaint. The entire process is managed in compliance with the confidentiality of the transmitted personal data and with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
