Metro line A upgrade works - planned closures

From 8 April early closure of the line with last runs at 9:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and closure of Vittorio Emanuele station for escalator overhaul.
Night construction works are resuming to allow the renewal and replacement of the historical tracks in the Ottaviano - Battistini section. In order to minimise disruption to customers, the line will be closed only during evening hours and from Sunday to Thursday with the following timetable:
FROM SUNDAY TO THURSDAY LAST RUNS AT 9:00 p.m.
FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS REGULAR SERVICE UNTIL 1:30 a.m.
During the evening closure a replacement bus service will operate with 76 buses.
The overall upgrade of the line will affect also three stations, that will close according to the following calendar:
VITTORIO EMANUELE
from 8 April to 30 June
for the overhaul of all the station's escalators
SPAGNA
from 15 July to 3 October
for station restyling
OTTAVIANO
