Ostia Coastline Services step up from 1 May: Line 07 extended, Summer Line 062 returns

From 1 May, getting to the Ostia coastline becomes even easier, with enhanced bus services for the summer season.

 

Bus line 07 will now run on public holidays as well as weekdays, strengthening connections along Via Litoranea between Colombo station and Campo Ascolano. The route also serves a stop in the Municipality of Pomezia, offering convenient interchange with Cotral and local Torvaianica services.

Summer bus line 062 is also back, linking the Port of Ostia to Castelporziano along the seafront. The route connects with rail services at Lido Centro and Colombo stations and will operate on both weekdays and public holidays - making it an ideal option for travelling along the coast.

Further improvements will follow from 25 May. Line 062 will be extended, with its coastal terminus moved to Colombo station. Buses will run along Lungomare Amerigo Vespucci before continuing via Viale del Lido di Castel Porziano and Via Litoranea, ensuring a more direct and efficient service. From Colombo station, services will then depart towards the Port of Ostia.
