Starting from 1 July 2025, the new fares for Metrebus Roma and Lazio tourist tickets - daily, multi-day, and weekly tickets - will come into effect, as established by Regional Council Resolution (DGR) No. 91/2025 of the Lazio Region.

VALIDITY PERIOD

The previous tickets (whether in paper, electronic, or digital format) will remain valid until 31 October 2025.
Starting from 1 November 2025, only the new tickets with updated fares will be accepted.

REPLACEMENT OF UNUSED OLD PAPER TICKETS

From 1 November until 31 December 2025, holders may replace unused paper tickets (up to a maximum of 10 tickets per request) according to the following procedures:

  • Fill in the web form on myAtac with the requested data.
  • Receive the voucher by email and in your MyAtac personal area.
  • Please present the voucher at the ticket office and pay the remaining balance.

Attention: the replacement of unused old tickets is only applicable to paper tickets. Tickets loaded onto digital and/or electronic media (via App and on Atac cards), purchased before 1 July 2025, are not eligible for replacement and must be used by 31 October 2025.
