No. On the metro, the BIT ticket is valid for one journey, including journeys involving a change between lines A, B/B1 and C, provided you do not exit through the turnstiles. At San Giovanni, you can pass through the turnstiles to change between lines A and C. On Trenitalia services, the ticket is valid for one journey only
