Public Transport - Violation report (V.A.V.)

The penalty is reduced by 50 % if paid within 5 days after notification. In this case, the amount of the penalty is equal to € 50.00, plus € 3.40 for the costs of the procedure and € 1.50 for the amount of the ticket, for a total amount of € 54.90.

Payment in full is due if the disbursement is made between six and sixty days from the date of notification. In this case, the amount of the sanction is € 100.00, plus € 3.40 for the costs of the procedure and € 1.50 for the amount of the ticket, for a total amount of € 104.90.

In case you didn't collect a copy of the violation report, further proceeding and mailing costs will be added.

The payment of non-corresponding or overdue amounts or without indication of the motive, will be deemed juridically ineffective and the amounts will be withhold pending definition of enforcement proceedings.

Payment can be made as follows:

via PagoPA payment form
with Pay & Go parking meter: using credit or prepaid cards enabled for Fastpay service. This payment method can be used only within 5 days after notification.
directly to Atac inspectors by mobile POS, if available.

It is not possible to pay the ticket inspectors in cash.
