To register on the MyAtac platform, please follow these instructions:

FIRST STEP

  • connect to My Atac
  • enter the requested data
  • mark the declarations of consent with a check
  • send your registration request

In the case of a minor or a person subject to legal protection, registration with MyAtac must be made by a parent/legal guardian.

At this point the first registration step is completed.

SECOND STEP

You then will receive an e-mail sent automatically by the system containing the instructions to complete the registration and, in particular, the link to activate your account and the personal code to be entered together with the e-mail address indicated during registration.

Once the code has been validated, you can create your password which must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 number, 1 character chosen from the following: # $ ^! & * _ + =

A FEW SUGGESTIONS

  • Pay particular attention to enter personal data exactly in the corresponding fields. For example, if you invert the name with the surname, the system does not recognize the Tax Code, and you won’t be able to go on with the registration.
  • Each customer must have its own credentials, i.e. its own e-mail and password. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to register two or more persons with the same e-mail address.
  • Since the registration can take up to a maximum of 24 hours, we recommend you to wait and after that time, if the registration has not been successful yet, we invite you to try once again. Should the problems persist, you can contact our Customer Care by writing to Atac Risponde and indicate your telephone number.

Once registration is complete, you will be able to proceed with the desired requests.

In your personal "MyAtac" area you can consult the progress/outcome of your requests at any time.
