The ‘Status Updates' widget on the home page offers a detailed overview of the lines in real time. Here you can find only information on the lines active at the time of the query. If the system is queried on a weekday, for example, you cannot find information on a holiday line. In these cases you’ll have to query the 'Plan your journey' section, where you will find all the info.
By querying the 'Status Updates' you can get the arrival time predictions and possible criticalities relating to the chosen line. Furthermore, once a line has been queried, you can add it to your favourites for a faster consultation.
In the 'Service Update' section you can consult detailed information on the events that affect the performance of the service on a daily basis. At the moment this section is available only in Italian.
