- It is not contactless;
- it does not belong to the enabled networks (Mastercard, Visa, American Express contactless credit cards; Mastercard, Maestro and VPay contactless debit cards; Mastercard and Visa rechargeable contactless cards);
- your card does not have enough funds or has been blocked;
- your card has expired;
- your card is contactless but has not yet been enabled for payments (in this case get in touch with your bank);
- your card is damaged.
Always remember that in order to tap, the payment card must be removed from the wallet, purse, backpack, etc. and not come into contact with other payment cards.
