In case of loss, theft or malfunction of a monthly/annual Metrebus Rome/Lazio subscription loaded on Metrebus Card you can request a duplicate at authorized Atac ticket offices at a cost of € 7.00, by filling in the appropriate form and attaching a copy of your identity document. For minor applicants you have to attach a copy of the document of a parent/guardian. In case of malfunction, the operation is free of charge.
You can request a duplicate of a Metrebus Lazio annual pass, issued exclusively by Trenitalia on paper or chip on plastic support, at authorized Atac ticket offices at a cost of € 7.00 in case of theft/loss or malfunction by filling in the appropriate form and attaching a copy of your identity document plus the original contract of the annual subscription signed at the time of purchase. For minor applicants you have to attach a copy of the document of a parent/guardian. In case of malfunction, the operation is free of charge.
It is not possible to request a duplicate in case of theft/loss of on paper subscriptions.
