In case of loss or deterioration of the receipt, it is possible to obtain a duplicate:

  • if the subscription is still valid, at Atac ticket offices;
  • in case of online purchase, directly on myAtac;
  • if the subscription has expired, through “Atac answers your questions”, indicating the card number, date of birth of the holder and period of validity (monthly or annual).

To prevent the data printed on the POS thermal paper from becoming poorly legible over time, we recommend that you make a copy of the documentation.
