Verify that your card is contactless and payment enabled. If there is the symbol icon contactless , but the green light does not turn on, get in touch with your bank to check if the card is actually enabled.

If the card has not been accepted, the message " ACCESS DENIED " on a red background appears on the POS display. Your card may not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • it does not belong to the enabled networks;
  •  your card does not have enough funds or has been blocked;
  • your card has expired;
  • your card is damaged.
