The contactless payment card or your payment-enabled device must be placed near the reader on the ticket validator and in the metro near the reader on the Tap & Go ® turnstile.
Remember to remove your card from the wallet, purse or backpack before placing it near the reader. The payment card must not be in contact with other credit/debit cards.
