The new "Bike Parking" service allows to use boxes located at different metro stations to safely park your bicycle and continue the journey by public transport.
During the first phase, the service is free of charge and allowed only to customers over
18 years of age who have a personalized Metrebus Card Roma or Lazio (zone A included), on which a monthly or annual pass is active. With the "Family Parking" formula, it is possible to park up to 3 bicycles with a single account.
From 21 September
2023 on, the service is available in 7 stations: Anagnina MA, Arco di Travertino MA, Laurentina MB, Magliana MB, Ponte Mammolo MB, San Paolo Basilica MB and Jonio MB1, and will be progressively implemented along the Rome metro network. The "Bike parking"
is operational according to the opening and closing hours of the metro stations.
If you have a personalized Metrebus Card Roma or Lazio (zone A included) on which a monthly or annual subscription is active, you can access the service through the "Bike Box Roma" app.
At the first access it is necessary to register, indicating
name, surname, e-mail address, tax code, Metrebus Card number and to accept the Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Notice.
Once registration is complete, the service will be immediately available through the "Bike Box Roma" app.
